To those of you who have been keeping up with the chaos that is our life over the past couple weeks, I'm pleased to share with you that things slowed way down this week. We had no major events and a pretty normal week. Of course, we did have a lot of catching up to do, but we were able to get a lot done. We made a lot of progress in settling in to the new apartment and even got a chance to do some decorating. (Again I promise pictures are coming soon). We got to spend some time with friends and connect a lot with new neighbors.
During all the happenings of the past month or so, we were so blessed to receive a couple boxes! When you have stressful things going on it truly is so wonderful to have some missed comfort items from home. Compared to so many places around the world, we really do have access to so many things! But sometimes receiving box from home isn't just about the 'stuff'. Its the reminder that you are missed and loved by someone back 'home'. That someone went to the trouble of gathering sweet gifts and made the financial sacrifice to mail it all the way around the world (cause it is expensive and we know that). Anyways, we feel so blessed and are so grateful for our packages!

We also got a special box from Nonnie! Bella opened it over skype (so fun)!
So, we don't have as many box opening pictures, but we did enjoy our goodies!

We are a sesame street loving family! Thanks Nonnie for our cute jammies. |
